Tried downloading Sky Q app on my Mac but says that it's out of date and need updating and to contact the developer.? Why are Sky not updating. I've just run through the installation process again, installing on a 2014 iMac running macOS Catalina. I'm trying to update my Macbook pro and it keeps failing when attempting to download the update for MacOS Mojave 10.4.1

Anyone else having the same issue? Any solutions / suggestions? Much appreciated!

I get a prompt message saying:

'The request timed out.' An error occurred while installing the selected updates.
